At Gundam Planet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Gundam Planet account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping container, ensuring that all original labels and protective plastic wraps are intact.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
